Joint Exhibition in Salthill

We were very busy this week, curating and hanging paintings in Siobhan's beautiful home in Salthill. It is absolutely fabulous to see the paintings hanging in a home setting ...so much more personal than in a gallery and for anyone interested in home decor, you can nab a few ideas on how to style areas in your own home.

We would like to thank all of you who popped in for a chat and a look at the exhibition over the weekend. It was lovely to hear the positive feedback and to see some paintings find their forever homes ❤️. We reconnected with old acquaintances and made new connections! We also chatted with other local artists who popped in, and loosely agreed that a meet up between  a few of us could lead to more than just an enjoyable chat over coffee…. You would never know where that could lead! 

A weekend full of lively conversation about art and life, while invigorating, is really tiring and we were both well ready for some quiet time after it all, although It will be such a shame to see the paintings coming down from this lovely setting !  

I can’t thank Siobhán enough for inviting me to collaborate with her in her beautiful home . It has been a very special experience ❤️
